All rental items are inspected prior to delivery and must be returned in the same condition they were received. Normal, minimal wear from appropriate use is expected and will not incur additional charges. However, any damage beyond normal wear — including stains, rips, chips, burns, or missing parts — will result in cleaning, repair, or replacement fees charged to the renter.

Orders requested or paid for the week of the event will be subject to a minimum of $50.00 and a maximum of $200.00 convenience fee.
