ORDER TURNAROUND

We cater to a diverse range of due dates so we do not standardize turnaround time. However, weekends, holidays are NOT included in turnaround time, only Monday-Friday are considered business days. If your order is due within 5 business days, please contact us before ordering.

All orders are completed and prioritized by the RECEIVE DATE/DELIVER BY DATE notated on order(s) when submitted. Order updates are not provided at any time outside of proof delivery. Proofs of requested desiging are delivered the week before your due date, excluding same week RUSH orders.

RUSH ORDERS/FEES

Orders needed within 10 business days or less, requires a rush fee to be added to the order/ Rush turnaround is available at cost. Only EXTREME RUSH (24-48 hours) order will be placed at the front of the order queue.

RUSH fee are to be added on the cart before checkout, if applicable. Please contact us BEFORE ordering, if you need a speedy turnaround under 5 business days to ensure availability.
