A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Yes! We offer flexible payment options, including third-party financing through Klarna, Afterpay, Sezzle, and Affirm (when available).
Yes. A $125 refundable cleaning deposit is required and returned within 48–72 hours after the final inspection.
Yes! Outside food and approved vendors are welcome.
Licensed security may be required for events serving alcohol.
Yes! We create custom merch stores featuring shirts, hats, tumblers, tote bags, sunglasses, keychains, and more.
Absolutely! We offer welcome signs, seating charts, photo panels, banners, floor decals, acrylic signage, and other custom event prints.
Yes! We offer marquee letters and numbers, throne chairs, grass walls, lounge furniture, LED bars, champagne walls, and more.

Yes. The person booking the event must be at least 18 years of age and must be present during the event. A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of booking and/or check-in.
