At Honey Beeyond Studio, we are committed to creating beautiful, memorable experiences while providing a seamless booking process for every client. Please review the following policies and procedures regarding venue rentals, event services, payments, deposits, and cancellations.

BOOKING POLICIES & PAYMENT TERMS

Thank you for choosing Honey Beeyond Studio. To ensure a seamless booking experience, please review the following policies before securing your event date.

SECURING YOUR DATE

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time. Dates are not held without payment and a signed agreement.

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

SAME-DAY BOOKING SPECIAL

Need a venue fast?

Same-Day Bookings Receive $50 Off venue rental pricing (based on availability).

Discount applies to new bookings only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS

Events booked within 14 days (2 weeks) of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

No payment plans are available for bookings made within 14 days of the event.

CLEANING & SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $125 refundable cleaning deposit is required for all venue rentals.

To receive your cleaning deposit back, the venue must be returned in the same condition it was received, including:

All trash removed and placed in designated dumpsters
Tables cleared and wiped down
Decorations, personal belongings, and vendor items removed
Furniture returned to original placement
No excessive spills, damages, or stains

Deposits are returned within 48–72 business hours following the final inspection.

Failure to meet cleaning requirements may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.

NO REFUND POLICY

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to the nature of event planning and reserving dates, Honey Beeyond Studio does not offer refunds for:

Deposits
Venue rentals
Event services
Custom products
Event printing
Rental items
Decor services
Cancellations for any reason

Once a payment is made, it is considered acceptance of these terms.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We proudly offer flexible payment solutions through third-party financing providers.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit/Debit Cards
ACH Payments
Cashier's Check
Sezzle
Klarna
Afterpay
Affirm (when available)

Financing approval and repayment terms are determined solely by the third-party provider.

EVENT CHANGES

Changes to guest count, floor plans, rentals, decor selections, or event details should be submitted as early as possible.

Additional charges may apply for changes requested after final approval.

DAMAGES

The client is responsible for any damages caused by guests, vendors, or attendees during the rental period.

Any damages exceeding the cleaning deposit amount will be invoiced to the client.

ALCOHOL POLICY

For events serving alcohol, licensed security may be required at the discretion of Honey Beeyond Studio.

Security fees, if applicable, will be added to the final invoice

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

At Honey Beeyond Studio, each event date is reserved exclusively for you. Once your event is booked, we begin scheduling staff, reserving inventory, securing rentals, and turning away other inquiries for your date. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies.

NO REFUNDS

All payments made to Honey Beeyond Studio are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Retainers/Deposits
Venue Rental Fees
Event Design Services
Decor Packages
Custom Printing
Rental Items
Add-On Services
Installations
Event Management Services

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, postponements, guest count changes, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or any other reason.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Clients may request to reschedule their event one time, subject to availability.

To qualify for a reschedule:

Request must be submitted in writing.
Request must be received at least 30 days prior to the event date.
New event date must occur within 6 months of the original event date

Rescheduling fees may apply depending on inventory, staffing, and event scope.

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS

Events canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event date are not eligible for rescheduling.

All monies paid will be forfeited.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS & PRINTING

All custom items are final sale.

This includes but is not limited to:

Welcome Signs
Seating Charts
Floor Decals
Photo Panels
Banners
Invitations
Acrylic Signage
Event Merchandise
Customized Decor Pieces

Once production has begun, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted.

FORCE MAJEURE

Honey Beeyond Studio shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Severe weather
Acts of God
Government restrictions
Power outages
Public emergencies
Vendor disruptions

In these situations, every effort will be made to reschedule the event when possible.

FAILURE TO PAY

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of all monies previously paid.

Honey Beeyond Studio reserves the right to release the event date if payment terms are not met.

AGREEMENT

By submitting payment and signing your contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to Honey Beeyond Studio's Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
