At Honey Beeyond Studio, we offer convenient delivery services for select rentals, décor items, event supplies, and custom products.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery fees are based on location, distance, and order size.

• A minimum 24-hour notice is required for most deliveries.

• Same-day delivery may be available based on scheduling and inventory availability and may incur an additional rush fee.

• Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Receiving Deliveries

• A designated contact person must be available at the delivery location during the scheduled delivery window.

• HBS is not responsible for unattended deliveries once items have been successfully delivered and documented.

Rental Item Deliveries

• Rental items remain the property of the delivery

• Clients are responsible for ensuring rental items are protected from damage, theft, weather, and misuse while in their possession.

• Additional fees may apply for damaged, lost, or unreturned items.

Setup & Placement

• Standard delivery includes drop-off at the designated location.

• Setup, installation, and breakdown services are available for an additional fee unless included in your package.
